CompassAir requires a database server running Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and above either on premise or hosted.
For emails, we work with all mail servers supporting IMAP / POP3 / SMTP such as Microsoft Exchange, HMail, IBM Lotus Domino, MDaemon, Postfix, Zimbra, etc…
Installation does not usually take more than 2 or 3 days after the server is available to ThinkCompass with all mandatory 3rd party software installed (e.g., Windows, SQL Server, Mail server, etc).
Training can be delivered on-site or remotely and varies according to the size of your organisation. Typically for a company with between 5 to 10 users, about 2 hours. It’s super easy to use.
ThinkCompass provides full support during business days/hours (09:00 – 19:00, Athens time). All other days/hours, for emergencies only, users can call a dedicated support hotline (7x24x365). Or better yet, email our Support team.
No, ThinkCompass doesn’t store any of your data! We work with your IT Support and advise how your data should be stored and where. Be it on premise in your server or on a remote hosted server.

CompassAir users need passwords for general access and special permissions to view or configure data (such as the address book contacts, circulars or message rules). All data exchange takes place over HTTPS protocol, which means they are encrypted and better protected from malicious access.
Yes of course, CompassAir can be used only for a few departments who suffer from high email volumes and organisation is a nightmare.
